The coaches picked the top 5 in each category and points were awarded 5,4,3,2,1. Previous ranking is in brackets after the current point total
SENIOR GIRLS TEAMS
Massey moves up to take the #1 spot from St Christophers. Massey is undefeated this year including a decisive victory over St Christophers in their only match up so far. SWC remains in third while previously unranked Our Lady of Lourdes jumps to the #4 spot on the basis of an undefeated season so far and victories over SWC, Centennial. Westdale and Newmarket. Tiss moves up a spot to 5th with previous ranked teams Centennial, Eastview and Theriault all dropping places. Newmarket gets a lone vote to take the final spot.

INDIVIDUAL SENIOR GIRLS
In the individual rankings Jamie Phelan moves up to #1 on the basis of her victory over Rachel Faulds in their first match up of the year at Trinity. Hillary Stafford keeps her #3 ranking while previously unranked Phoebe Cseresnyes who placed 4th at OFSAA last year moves up to the #4 spot. Olivia Little drops one spot to 5th. Previously unranked Briane Bracci, Natalia Hawthorn and Nicole Armstrong take places 6,7 and 9 while Renee Maisoneuve drops two spots to 8th.

SENIOR BOYS TEAMS
MVCI keeps the number one spot with a perfect score of 30 and two victories where they placed all 4 runners in the top 10. SWC maintains its #2 standing but #3 goes to previously unranked St Mikes who won Trinity and the Marauders meet. Massey moves up from 6th to 4th with previously unranked General Panet taking the fifth spot after their strong finish at Trinity beating Courtice and TISS. Birchmount drops to 6th as they have not really raced anybody of note yet with Belle River and Courtice rounding out the top spots.

INDIVIDUAL SENIOR BOYS
A lot of movement occurred in the individual rankings with only Graham Hansel maintaining his #5 ranking from 2 weeks ago. Everyone else changed places. Ben Flanagan moves up to first with Ryan Sleiman second. Both are undefeated so far this season but Flanagan has faced more top ranked runners then Sleiman so far. Coughler drops to third but has only raced once so far. Matt Stephenson moves up to 4th. Previously unranked Tristan Flemming takes the number 6 spot. Troy Smith and Alex Freemantle both drop places and Brandon Kirkup and Nick Holden take the final spots after being unranked in the previous poll.
