Dior Hall, Josephine Natrasevschi, Haley Showalter, and Bailey Roth each walked away from the Pan American Games with a gold medal for their efforts.

It proved to be a major medal haul for all of Colorado's athletes at the event, as Cerake Geberkidane added a silver in the 5000 meters.

Personal best marks proved to be elusive as none of the Colorado individuals as only one of the five individuals nailed down a PR, but a win on an international stage can be very satisfying just the same.

Dior Hall pushed through prelims of the 100 meter hurdles in 13.19. Then, into a stiffer breeze in finals, clocked a 13.20 for the win.

Haley Showalter came within about three feet of her PR with a 191-9 toss of the hammer.

It was Cerake Geberkidane who pushed his race to a PR mark. Geberkidane's 14:28.45 trimmed about five seconds off his previous best mark.

Bailey Roth won the 3K steeple title at 9:02.45, better than 10 seconds ahead of second place.

And, Josie Natrasevschi spun the discus to 172-6 to win the title by a couple of feet.
