any video coverage of OUAs?

Question: What schools will not be at CIS XC this year due to their teams not placing well enough @ conference? I realize any school can enter, but some schools only send teams if top 3 or 5 @ OUA's etc. Additionalyly, who typically sends individuals? (i.e. team is 6th, but one runner might be top 10 or 20 @ OUA's).

I heard western is only sending armstrong and O'neill...could be wrong though
