Some great performances last night in London:

Of note Megan Brown's 33:10.47, Leslie Sexton's 35:16.13, Steve Boyd's new Masters (45-49) record of 31:31.21, Joe Campenelli's win in 31:13.66 (top 4 were all within 18 seconds of each other) and Dylan O'Sullivan's (HS) first track 10k in 32:06.51.

Also good to see some of the Athletics Toronto group out strong with Delmonte and Konovol posting solid early season times in the 1500m. no doubt they will drop the times down significantly as the season progresses.

@markeroon At least 3 were not rabbits. Track 10s are just brutally hard, and really easy to bail on when things aren't going as planned. They're the most dropped-out-of kind of race next to the marathon. Things got pretty spaced out in this one, and there was just enough of a breeze to kill people's goal pace once they got isolated. Most of us slowed down after 5k, some much more than others.

@oldster My apologies, I didn't realize that so many dropped out. There were indeed a good few rabbits though. Congrats on your run.
