Rempel sisters. Megan on the left looks to make the Canadian Junior Team who will be competing in the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Poland. Older sister Karley made the team at the same age (16).

Megan (age-16) is in Grade 11 at E.L. Crossley High School.
Karley (age-19) represents the University of North Carolina and is in year two.
This Rempels call Fenwick, Ontario home. Karley said, "the town is so small, we don't even have a grocery store."
They both look to help Team Aktiv win gold this year. In 2010 & 2011 they won silver (both years).
